Nina de Waal
Nina de Waal (1992), daughter of pianist Rian de Waal (who passed away), specialized in dance and movement, called ‘Physical Freedom’. She worked on her own choreography and modern belly dancing. She performs on stage since she was 10 years old. Het love for dancing resulted in more experience in African dance, urban, flamenco, oriental and latin.
She made a film together with Alex Heringa, where she dances on the grave of her deceased father. THis was for her mother, MArion van den Akker, decisive to work with her on the program FAREWELL.
