Victoria Dmitrieva
Victoria Dmitrieva started at the age of 7 with piano and flute lessons at the Pskov Musicschool. In 1994 she gratuated cum laude on piano, theory and history of music at the Pskov State Music College. In 1992 Victoria took part in the North/West Provincial Piano Competition and received a special award for her interpretations of Rachmaninov. That same year she performed at the International Chamber Music Festival Festival Kostomuksha in Russia. In 1993 she took part in the 9th National Safonov Piano Competition. In 2000 Victoria gratuated with Nadezhda Eismont at the St. Petersburg State Conservatoire and in 2004 she finished her bachelor degree at the Prince Claus Conservatoire. In 2007 Victoria got her Masters Degree on the fortepiano at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague. Since 2006 Victoria is working at the Prince Claus Conservatoire in Groningen.
Since 2006 Victoria plays on a Kawai RX-5 piano, offered to her by the Nationaal Muziekinstrumenten Fonds.
